Aroma:
Unique and earthy, with an aged character. Hints of wood spice, tobacco leaf, and a touch of malted grain give this coffee a bold, nostalgic scent that sets it apart.

Flavour:
Indian Monsoon Malabar is unlike any other coffee. The monsooning process transforms the beans, reducing acidity and deepening the flavour. This results in a smooth, rich and mellow profile, with notes of:

• Earthy spices
• Dark cocoa

Acidity:
Exceptionally low. The monsooning process dramatically reduces brightness, creating a deep and rounded cup without sharpness.

Finish:
Long and warming, with lingering notes of dark chocolate, sweet pipe tobacco, and a hint of oak. The aftertaste is clean but rich, almost reminiscent of a well-aged whisky.
